Where will the zine be shipped from?
All items will be shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally! In the case that we cannot ship to your country, we will issue a refund for your order.
Can I change my address/shipping information?
If you need to update your shipping information, please send us an email ASAP at [email protected]. We can accommodate address changes up until the shipping phase, which will be announced on our Twitter.
What if I want to change/cancel/upgrade my order?
More information on cancellations and refunds can be found below. If you wish to upgrade your order or purchase a different bundle, please get in touch with us via email.
When will I get my digital items?
Digital PDFs and the Wallpaper will be delivered via email at the same time that physical packages are shipped. We expect this to be in Q4 2024.
Terms and Conditions
By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms:
- All listings on this store are for preorder items, meaning products will be produced and shipped once the preorder period has concluded. At this time, we estimate that orders will ship in Q4 2024.
- Product images are all mock-ups, meaning the items you receive may differ slightly from their representations.
- All purchases are for personal use only. No artwork, either within the zine or a merchandise item, may be reproduced/redistributed except by the original copyright owner.
- "At Daybreak: A Scions Zine" will not be responsible for fees imposed by postal services or damages incurred by postal services.
Refunds & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, you may do so before the end of the preorder period. Please email us at [email protected] with your name and order number.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds once the preorder period concludes.
Once orders have shipped, "At Daybreak" will only be able to offer replacements/refunds if:
- The order was not received due to an error made by the mod team, such as: the shipping label address differs from the address on the order
- The order arrived with missing/incorrect/damaged items that were likely missing/incorrect/damaged before they were shipped.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the project, we will not abe able to offer compensation if:
- The order was not received due to an error made by the buyer, such as incorrect name/shipping information, or buyer ordered the wrong items.
- The order went missing due to issues with the postal service.
- The buyer no longer wants the order once it has shipped.
